Health and Safety Update from Precision Air
We hope this note finds you and your family safe as the health crisis impacts our communities.
Precision Air Heating and Cooling has always been made special by people – our employees and our customers -- and the relationships we have built over 28 years. With the spread of this pandemic, we want you to know that there is no higher priority for us than the safety of our customers, our team and community. You can count on all of us at Precision Air Heating & Cooling to be here for you.
Actions we are taking:
- Closely following guidelines from the CDC and other public health agencies, as well as guidelines from the city, state, and federal government
- Maintain social distance, minimizing touching anything in homes and businesses beyond what is necessary to provide service. Feel free to allow our staff to access your home through basement entry.
- Health and safety are our top priority. We are taking care of our Team Members so they can take care of you. This includes offering paid leave to any Team Member affected by illness, so nobody must come to work sick.
- When anyone sick comes in in contact with others, we are all at risk of spreading illnesses to others as well as our friends and family who may have compromised immune systems in our community. Out of respect and courtesy to our community, our staff and other clientele, we kindly ask that if yourself, or a family member has been sick (fever, cough or shortness of breath), traveled overseas in the last few weeks, or may be showing any other signs of illness to please reschedule your appointment. Our staff promises to do the same.
- Taking aggressive steps to minimize risk.
Here’s what you can do to help:
- Let us know if you have any concerns, and what you need from us to keep you safe and comfortable.
- Open all necessary doors for us, so we can walk right to the problem without touching doorknobs.
- Keep an eye out for our number so you don’t miss our call.
- Clear out any clutter from the work area to help us complete the job quickly and safely.
We want to assure you that we take safety as seriously as our work. We’re committed to continuing our service without exposing you or our staff to unnecessary risk — please let us knows how else we can bring you more peace of mind.
Because we know you count on us, we are staying open and keeping normal business hours. We plan on remaining open for business as usual, which will continue as long as we can do so safely. We are available to answer your questions via phone, or email. Our main focus is to keep you and every member of our team feeling safe, healthy, and supported during these difficult times.
