How long will it take to install the new boiler?
This will depend on how complex your heating system is, but you will receive a written start and completion time before any papers are signed.
Will I have heat and hot water during my boiler installation?
If the installation is going to take more than a day, you may be without hot water overnight. The Engineer will aim to minimize this period, but it may be worth making some provisions and we will communicate to you what to expect on your individual boiler replacement needs.
Will I have gas, electricity and cold water during my boiler installation?
Your gas, electricity and cold water supply can normally be isolated in the areas where we are working so you should be able to use these utilities for most of the time.
Do I need to make access to working areas during my boiler installation?
Please ensure that access is available to the gas and electricity meters and the main water shut off valve. Remove storage from path to boiler if possible, any items in stairway and area surrounding water tanks. We will protect your home, carpets, and flooring.
What about the location of the boiler, radiators, and pipes of my new installation?
To check you are comfortable and everyone understands what was agreed earlier with your Heating Comfort Adviser, please confirm the location of the boiler, radiators and especially the route of any visible pipework with the Heating Engineer. Every attempt will be made to meet your needs with any pipes. Also, you may wish to paint pipes to blend in with your decoration. Should you require further advice please ask your Heating Engineer.
Will there be any disruption to my home during my boiler installation?
Your heating installation team will treat your property with the most respect and aim to keep any disruption to a minimum. They will cover carpets, protect work surfaces and use dust sheets in all areas they work. Please try to remove furniture, ornaments and other items from the working area around the boiler and radiator positions as discussed.
When will the delivery be made for my new boiler installation?
We know time is very important to our customers. For that reason, we deliver your new boiler or on demand hot water heater the same day as the install. This way you are not inconvenienced and have the least amount of time worrying about your new boiler.
What do I need to do or think about in preparation for my new boiler installation delivery?
Prior to delivery, consider where you would like to have the boxes stored to minimize any inconvenience. Perhaps clear a corner of a room or some space in the garage and use the complimentary dust sheets to protect the area. Some items can be quite big and need to be stored in a dry place. The size and number of boxes may vary depending on your new system.

When do I pay for my new boiler installation?
Your Heating Installation Team will collect the full and final payment on completing the installation unless you have decided on taking one of the finance options in which case payment details will have been dealt with separately.
